Start by gently pushing back your cuticles. Buff the surface of each nail to remove shine, then cleanse thoroughly. Apply dehydrator across the entire nail bed, paying close attention to the cuticle area and side walls. Once dry, follow with primer to prep for long-lasting adhesion.
